The processing and forming process of convenience bags

The processing of convenience bags can be divided into four processes: granulation, blow molding printing, pressing, and cutting. Today, we will introduce in detail how Jinan convenience bags are formed in toilet bag manufacturers:
1. Granulation process: The raw materials for processing convenience bags are carefully made plastic particles, which need to be fed into the granulator for cutting, heating, melting, and extruding small particles of about 0.3cm;
2. Blow molding process: The blow molding process is divided into heating and melting parts, blowing and foaming parts, and rewinding parts. First, the plastic particle raw material processed in the previous step needs to be poured into the blow molding machine for high-temperature melting. Under the rotation of the screw, the plastic melt is stirred evenly and sent to the machine head. The plastic melt (melted plastic particle raw material) is extruded from the ring of the machine head under high pressure to form a 0.1Cm thick plastic pipe, Then, under the uniform blowing of the blower at the machine head, a thin convenient bag cylinder is formed. The convenient bag cylinder is then fed into two tightly rolling rollers, which rotate to squeeze and press the air in the convenient bag cylinder to form the original long convenient bag. The printing equipment prints the convenient bag, and the rewinder rolls it into a cylindrical ball. The key step is completed in processing;
3. Bag pressing process: Put the blown convenience bag balls into a bag pressing machine and cut them into specific specifications of convenience bags, seal the two ends of each bag, and then automatically stack about a few hundred convenience bags;
4. Bag cutting process: Place one end of the convenience bag under the knife of the bag cutting machine, and under the high pressure of the bag cutting machine, cut off the middle part of one end of the convenience bag to form a convenient handheld handle.
